- 2lb of beef stew cubed meat
- onion chopped
- celery think I used 5 stocks
- carrots ... I used what I had left. 5
- 2 cans beef broth
- 2 cans coconut milk
- 2 cans of black beans ( I wanted a bit more protein) *(do not use if fallowing Paleo diet)
- garlic
- cumin
- salt and papper
- rosemary
- parsley
